Beloeil, January 17, 2020 – AttriX, an Eastern Canada leader in goods and people transportation telematics and compliance, is proud to announce the appointment of a new team member, Daniel Cliche, for its all-new position as Public Markets and Electric Vehicles Manager.
With his successful track record in technology solutions marketing, Daniel brings to AttriX’s team over 25 years of experience in wireless sales and support, as well as logistics ERPs for businesses of all size.
The appointment of Daniel Cliche is an important milestone in AttriX diversification and new markets development. His initial role will be focused on developing government and municipal opportunities while ensuring the maintenance and growth of existing public accounts, to position AttriX as the leading government telematics partner in both Québec and Ontario. Daniel will also be leading AttriX solutions tailored for the green fleets market opting for electric vehicles.
“This new position at AttriX is well aligned with Geotab’s recent strategy, following the acquisition of Fleet Carma and BSM Wireless and the conclusion of 215k units from the U.S. Government”, said Anthony Mainville, president of AttriX. “Daniel’s vast experience, combined with the power of Geotab’s technology and AttriX expertise with solutions for trucks, buses and coaches, will allow us to make a major break-through in the specific markets of public fleets and EV fleets.”
Daniel Cliche appointment also coincides with AttriX presence at the important Geotab Connect Summit, in San Diego, California, where the most recent technology development and the most innovative solutions in telematics are being showcased.
“As we begin a new decade that will be marked by a major growth in electric and autonomous vehicles, the addition of Daniel to our team shows how important we believe these new vehicular technologies are, as well as the focus we have in responding to the true needs of governmental and public fleets”, said Anthony Mainville.
