Mont-Saint-Hilaire, QC, 9th februrary 2022 -
AttriX Technologies Inc. is proud to announce the beginning of the construction of its new head office in the heart of the next major development in Mont-Saint-Hilaire.
Located at the bottom of the mountain, AttriX Technologies' offices, whose construction was delayed due to the pandemic, will reflect the new reality of workers by adopting a hybrid telecommuting approach, while welcoming its collaborators in a modern and stimulating environment based on the richness of the surrounding nature.
In addition to the bright and collaborative indoor office spaces, including the latest technologies, wooded outdoor work spaces will be available to AttriX employees and visitors. Indeed, they will have the opportunity to relax and work in unique wooded spaces offering a spectacular view of the Mont-Saint-Hilaire and access to walking trails in the forest.
Furthermore, the City of Mont-Saint-Hilaire's Sustainable Urban Plan, announced in 2018, calls for a green redesign of Sir-Wilfrid-Laurier Boulevard including a bike path that AttriX employees will benefit from, thanks to the electric assisted mobility bikes available at the office. This initiative of our team aims to promote active mobility and support the city in its efforts to offer an eco-friendly lifestyle. It is also worth mentioning that, due to its advantageous location, the company's head office enjoys access to commuter trains within walking distance.
In addition to its nature and wellness lifestyle, this region also offers an active cultural and artistic life that AttriX will celebrate, both in its outdoor and indoor spaces, by exhibiting several works by the local artists Laurent and Jordi Bonet.
"The days of constricting and austere offices are over. Having experienced two record-breaking years during the pandemic, we have witnessed the benefits of hybrid work and its undeniable appeal in recruiting top talents. Thanks to telecommuting, our team of experts now includes exceptional staff based in various regions of Quebec and Ontario. Our offices are becoming gathering places offering attractive work spaces for our local employees who feel the need to connect with their professional family. - Explains Anthony Mainville, CEO of AttriX.
In order to encourage local businesses, AttriX has hired CBA Architectures for the architectural and interior design of its offices and GestiMpros Real Estate, general contractors for the construction work.
From an architectural point of view, Ms. Caroline Bousquet explains; "The charm of the project is based on 2 existing buildings that rise like small pavilions on the site. The strong presence of mature trees on the site and the lightness of the buildings create a unique undergrowth atmosphere. The AttriX team and I believe it is important to preserve this lightness through vertical cladding. The concept of a link between the two pavilions is expressed in the opening to the existing undergrowth through a transparent reception area. The use of raw materials, such as corten steel, accentuates the link with nature. This connection receives the main entrance, giving it a distinctive and attractive accent. In addition, the use of curtain walls, allowing natural light to flow through the open spaces to the surrounding nature, marks this entrance. The project thus proposes the creation of modern and varied work spaces, both exterior and interior, open, bright and friendly, all in an ecologically sensitive environment."
According to Frédéric Marois, Director of GestiMpros Real Estate and contractor for the project: "The future offices and living spaces of AttriX will be innovative, efficient and welcoming. These spaces, favorable to interaction and creativity, will be built with sustainable materials and arranged in an ecological and aesthetic perspective in total harmony with its environment. Their design will take advantage of the shade offered by the mature trees on the site and will highlight, thanks to its colossal windows, the natural light as well as the breathtaking view of Mont-Saint-Hilaire."
We hope to have shared with you our enthusiasm for this major project, which is in harmony with the family and eco-friendly values at the heart of our company. We look forward to updating you on the progress of the project in the coming months.
The AttriX team.
