Mont-Saint-Hilaire, QC, February 5, 2021 – The AttriX team is thankful to have TJB in its big family.

Transport Jocelyn Bourdeau, a member of the top 25 largest fleets in Quebec, specializes in cross-border transportation, serving the United States from Quebec in full and partial loads. With a mission to deliver a professional quality service in a secure manner, TJB decided to go for the telematics solution provided by AttriX.

A complete and diversified solution

Mainly, TJB decided to turn to AttriX for the diversity of the products offered: “We found the range of products impressive, and they know how to respond to the numerous needs of the industry”, mentions Mr. Olivier Grenier, Director of Security and Human Resources.

While looking for an advanced telematics solution, Transport Jocelyn Bourdeau’s fleet managers wanted to optimize their telemetry while getting a better overview of driver behaviour from their screens. To do so, they chose compliance reports and the Driver’s Challenge, as well as the GoSight advanced on-board camera, a package offered by AttriX.

A well-trained team

“In times of pandemic, we have recruited many new people, especially abroad. With this in mind, we appreciated having someone as dynamic as Mélanie to train our team in the use of these new products with precision and professionalism,” says Mr. Grenier.

He adds: “The team was able to adapt specifically to our needs, in addition to providing us with quick answers to our questions. We like that! ».

On the driver’s side, Grenier says he’s seen a big improvement. Moreover, TJB’s security director notes that the GoSight camera, combined with the real-time location of its fleet through the Geotab solution, gives the team better control over security.
